Chalet Plaz was born from a dream of our family and from the love for our territory that we want to share with our guests.
Fabiana and Andrea, with their children Nicolò, Federico and Mattia will therefore be happy to be able to accommodate your requests and be able to accommodate you in their family-run Chalet.
Chalet Plaz, a place where you can feel at home in Trepalle, equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Located in a quiet area and surrounded by nature; very sunny and a stone's throw from numerous trekking routes and the Mottolino ski lifts, as well as about ten km from Livigno.
The Chalet is divided over two floors; on the upper floor is the sleeping area consisting of a triple bedroom and a double bedroom. The latter has been designed specifically for your relaxation and your special moments, in fact you can take advantage of an Airpool tub with two seats and enjoy the panorama that surrounds you thanks to the large windows overlooking the valley. On this floor you will also find a Turkish bath, which can be used on request, to relieve you from the day's fatigue or just for your well-being.
On the lower floor, however, there is the living area with a modern kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, cleaning set and dishwasher; in the living room you will find a 39” SmartTV, a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a reading/relaxation corner with reclining armchair; there is also a second bathroom complete with toilet and shower.
From the kitchen it is possible to go outside to enjoy the sun and the fresh air and in the summer you can take advantage of the outdoor deckchairs and dining table.
Our Chalet is completely independent and at your complete disposal.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as body cleansers are present in all our showers. In fact, to avoid waste and reduce plastic consumption, shower gel dispensers will be available which will be sanitized and refilled when necessary.
Throughout the chalet there is an air recirculation system, so you will always have clean and filtered air, even with the windows closed, a careful choice towards the environment and guaranteeing you a healthy environment.
To maintain a green style, the entire heating system of the structure also comes from renewable sources with low CO2 emissions, and electricity is produced through photovoltaic panels.
There is outdoor parking on site.
